Win a Cool Whip Gift Basket Full of Goodies

January 7, 2011 by iGoBOGO

One of my favorite things to do is bake/cook with my kids. They really enjoy it too.  All I have to to is let them stir something or pour an ingredient in & they are happy!

A while back I received the most amazing gift basket from Kraft Foods!  It was so lovely.  There were tons of awesome goodies inside to make some delicious treats!  There was Jell-o Pudding, Baker’s Chocolate, Kraft Marshmallows, and so much more!  I love the cupcake pan and the fancy dish towels…and the coupons for FREE Cool Whip!

One of my favorite recipes to make is a dessert that my grandmother taught me called Millionaire Pie!  It’s so good!  Here’s the recipe:

Millionaire Pie

  • 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • 1 package Cool Whip
  • 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Can Mandarin Oranges(drained)
  • 1 Can Crushed Pinapple(drained)
  • Pecans(optional)

In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredient except for the pie crust.  Stir.  Pour the mixture into the pie crust.  Garnish with Strawberries.  Enjoy!

See, doesn’t that sound too easy!  It is, but it is sooooo good!

Want to make your own Millionaire Pie or some other delicious treat using Cool Whip?  Kraft Foods has one of these amazing baskets just for one of you too!  You can find several great Cool Whip Recipes on their site.

It’s easy to enter!  All you have to do is leave me a comment!

What yummy treat will you make with your Cool Whip?

I will choose the winner on Tuesday January the 11th, Good Luck!

I make a mock chocolate mousse with fat-free Cool Whip, sugar-free Jello pudding and amaretto flavoring. I made the pudding with 1/2 the milk stated on the recipe, then fold in the cool whip and amaretto flavoring. It’s very simple, but it satisfies my craving for something sweet. I’ll also sometimes layer it with berries, angel food cake and more fat-free cool whip (trifle/parfait style) if I want something a little more substabtial.

My grandmother used to make us a vanilla pudding cake topped with whipped cream. In honor of her memory, I still make this cake with my children as we exchange loving memories of her. 😀

Cool whip goes w/so many of the desserts we make. Right now I would love some on pumpkin pie. Marshmallows in mississippi mud brownies, and chocolate… sorry I drifted off there for a moment ; )
