A big part of our budget is spent on eating out. Alot of this is due to my hubby eating out every day during the week while he’s at work.  The other source of spending on eating out comes from myself & the kiddos being out for dr appointment, homeschool coop, field trips, etc and not having dinner ready or planned when we get home.

Eating out can get expensive and is often unhealthy.  Not to mention that it’s difficult eating out with 2 kids with food allergies(very difficult).  With that said I’m planning a new feature on Mondays where I will share my menu plan for the week with you all.

I’m going to post it on here so it will help me stick to it, and maybe give you guys a little inspiration for your menus this week.

This week I plan to do some freezer cooking to help prepare for the upcoming holiday season.  Instead of doing it all in 1 day, I will spread it out through the week.  I’ve added Freezer Cooking to each of the days showing what I’ll be cooking each day.
