This is my grandmother’s recipe. She is always asked to make it when our family gets together and it is so delicious! This is a perfect side dish for a barbecue or a picnic! It has such a unique taste that you’ll either love it or hate it, but my whole family loves it(even the little ones).

Notes
The purple onion and Green pepper make this a beautiful dish. You can experiment with red or yellow bell peppers to add more color to it.
