Two of my favorite flavors are strawberries and white chocolate! I almost prefer white chocolate to milk and dark chocolate. Sometimes you just need a quick and easy dessert that will also be beautiful and delicious. These strawberries and cream cookies definitely fit that bill. You use cake mix as your base so there are really very few ingredients needed. Your family and friends will love these! If you are making cookies for Valentine’s day these would be so cute wrapped in some valentine’s plastic and ribbon or twine!
First you will want to mix the dry ingredients together.
Next, add the liquid ingredients.
Fold in the white chocolate chips.
Then you will scoop the batter onto a greased cookie sheet.
Next…Enjoy or wrap them up all pretty and give them as a gift!
- 1 box of Strawberry Cake Mix
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 Eggs
- 2/3 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 cup of Vanilla White Chocolate Chips
- In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients (cake mix and baking powder). Add in the wet ingredients (eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla). Fold in the chocolate chips last.
- Using a small cookie scoop, scoop the batter onto a greased cookie sheet (or a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper). Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until the cookies barely begin to brown on the bottom.
- Makes about 30 cookies.
