Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip

  • 2 Packages Cream Cheese, softened (8 ounce)
  • 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Can Pumpkin (15 ounce)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ½ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

 

With mixer or food processor, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.  Add brown sugar and beat until smooth.  Add pumpkin, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice to mixture, stir by hand until just blended.

Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.

Best served with fruits, graham crackers, and shortbread cookies.
