Could someone help me? … for some reason I cannot download and print any coupon from Smart Source… it says Java and Browser Version requirement verification is not successful!

I have Java already installed … have done all the requirements and it still won’t let me print …
What steps am I missing?
I have the same problem at home and at work with Vista and newer programs but me old old lap top prints them fine.

I’m not sure. Sometimes those coupon printers just act crazy. Do you have another browser like Firefox you can try to print it in since Internet Explorer’s not working? If you don’t already have Firefox it’s free to download.
