In case you missed it I posted our weekly meal plan on Monday. I plan to start doing this each week to hopefully become more disciplined in this area.  It’s such a great help to know what you’re having each day without having to think about it.

I thought I’d post a little week in review to let you guys know how we’re doing with sticking to it.

Day 1 went perfectly with homemade bread in the breadmaker done just in time for Soy Butter & Honey Sandwiches for lunch. We can’t use peanut butter due to an allergy, and the honey is fresh from my father in law’s bees!

I use this yummy recipe for Honey Whole Wheat Bread.  It’s so good!


Dinner was in the works before lunch thanks to my handy dandy Crockpot.  I love that thing!!


I varied a little from the Cream Cheese Bagel Pizza I had planned for simplicity’s sake, but if you want you can add a half a block of cream cheese to the sauce in this Bagel Pizza Recipe that I shared earlier today.

Thursday was a complete fail because my kiddos were sick so we stuck with some sick comfort foods like Chicken Noodles!

This is Friday & we’re back on track for today with my ground beef for meatloaf thawing on the counter:)
