Easy Chicken Dumplings

This is a great dish if you’re craving some comfort food in a hurry. It is so easy to make and so delicious!
Ingredients
  • 2 Cans Refrigerated Biscuits
  • 1 lb Cooked Shredded Chicken
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Can Chicken Broth
  • 2 Cans Water(may need more for consistency)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. You will need a big pot for this.
  2. Pour Chicken, Soup, Broth and water into the pot.
  3. Turn stove on Medium Heat
  4. Cut biscuits into pieces and drop into pot.
  5. Let it simmer on Medium Heat for about 15-20 minutes until biscuits are no longer doughy.
  6. Stir often to keep biscuits from sticking.
  7. Add Water if needed.
  8. Salt & Pepper to taste
Notes

You can add a carrot to this to ad flavor, but my family prefers it without.
