   I don’t completely understand how the WorkLife Rewards program works… Do you buy the items using your rewards card, and the price of the item is applied to your card to be used as store credit at a later date?

     Hi Michelle,

     Yes, that’s exactly right. They apply it to your card when the reward period is over, and you can use it to buy anything online or in store. The current reward period runs from 7/1-9/30 and rewards will be paid after 10/15 for this current period. Here’s a link to more details about the Worklife rewards program:
